BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTO CURRENCY (BITCOIN) REGULATION IN TURKEY

Without reckoning the declarations issued by government agencies such as Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) - (Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu (BDDK)) and Capital Markets Board (CMB) - (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK)), Turkish Legislators attitude towards crypto currencies and traders has been a complete ignorance.
